All jobs ask for experience right?
But how do you get that experience if you can’t get that job?
It’s the chicken and egg dilemma!
And one of the most common questions we get asked.

I thought it was just me, but it turns out Zoom Gloom really is a thing.
You know that feeling where the thought of one more meeting makes you weak at the knees.
And not in a good way.
Zoom is worse for introverts, but if you’re reading this you’ll know that.
It’s hard enough making your presence felt in a crowd – let alone expend the extra energy projecting yourself online.

Today we’ve invited back Serena Low to share her secrets on injecting oomph into your online meetings.
Serena is a coach who helps introverts raise their vibe. She’s also the Founder of Melbourne Introverts in Business.

Read about it here.
So is this possible in today’s Twitter climate?
This is what we’re talking about today.

Today in our Career Care Package on Linkedin Live, we’re bringing you a real-life case study of someone who made her career dream come true.
When I was unhappy in my career, there were a couple of defining moments that made me realise I could make a change – and then actually make that change, I’d longed to do.
It was when a couple of friends of mine decided to work for themselves.
Without being super competitive I realised if they could do it, why not me…..
Apparently that’s a bit of a psychological trigger for career change. Who knew?
So today we’re delighted to be bringing you a real-life story.
Meet Vandana Mothure.
She’s shifted her career from Software Engineering to Analyst to Mindset Coach – and is loving it.
