Meet Vikram Poddar. He’s the Founder of BoredRoom Comedy. He’s the comedian who helps HR managers and the like engage their teams with “customised and clean comedy solutions.”
At least that’s what his LinkedIn profile says.
You’ll also see on his profile that he changed his career from investment banking to comedy which in my mind looks something like this.
We’re talking to Vikram about what it really takes to succeed in two intensely competitive industries at the opposite end of the employment spectrum, how he made the transition and what he learned about himself along the way.
For some people making a career change, involves a logical step up or sideways.
But Vikram’s made a complete leap into the unknown.
I suspect this will be a super funny session – if Vikram’s TedX talk is anything to go by.
